Response
YES. The voting results including approving, dissenting and abstaining votes for each agenda and for each director, and the stockholders attendance of the most recent Annual Stockholders Meeting (ASM) were posted in the company website. The Company will consider this to be included in the ASM results disclosed under the SEC Form 17-C.
