YES. The Company is considering to look into a pool of qualified corporate directors who are members of professional organizations with director database available, such as the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD). The Company's Indpendent Director, Mr. Honorio O. Reyes-Lao is a member/fellow of the ICD.
