YES.   The Board of Directors reviewed the vision and mission of the Company last May 14, 2015 and November 12, 2015.

The Board annually reviews the vision and mission statements/strategy to ensure that they are aligned with the company's strategic directions.  The Board has the responsibility for both establishing and protecting the overarching purpose, fundamental values and ethical principles which govern the activities of the organization.
