Are the board of directors meeting scheduled before the start of financial year?
Response
YES. The Company prepares the schedule of the board meetings prior to the start of the financial year. On December 11, 2015, the Compliance Officer distributed to the Board Members the 2016 Schedule of Meetings of the Board of Directors and Board Committees.
