Does the company have a term limit of nine years or less for its independent directors/commissioners?
YES. In accordance with the Company's Board Charter, the indepedent directors (ID) have a term limit of nine (9) years. The IDs can serve for the first five years with a cooling off period of two (2) years. He can then be re-elected for another four (4) years but will be perpetually barred for election.
The incumbent independent directors have terms of less than nine years.
