Response
YES. Each Board Member attended at least 75% of all board meetings held during the year. The Company submitted an advisement letter to the SEC on January 6, 2016 to disclose the number of meetings held and the directors' attendance in such meetings for the calendar year 2015. The foregoing is also indicated in the ACGR.
