Does the Nominating Committee undertake the process of identifying the quality of directors aligned with the company's strategic directions?
Response
YES. The NOMELEC reviews the qualifications of the directors to ensure that the quality of directors is aligned with the company's strategic directions. It is also indicated in the NOMELEC Charter.
Recently the NOMELEC held a meeting on May 30, 2016 to review the qualifications of the nominees for directors for the current year and ensure that they are aligned with the Company's strategic directions.
